Council tenants and home owners that pay service charge can register for an online account where you can manage your home. Just follow the links above.
Woodvale Estate garages - There are some garages on the estate that are available to rent. These are available to any Lambeth resident but Woodvale Estate residents pay a lower weekly rate for a garage on Woodvale Estate than those that live elsewhere. To apply see the council website here. There are also strict terms and conditions for garage tenants and must be adhered to, see here.
The TRA are thinking about talking to the council about ways to get the disused garages back up and running but this is a project for the future, however if you are interested in helping with this please email the TRA at woodvale.estate.tra@gmail.com
