About Us
There has been a Tenants and Residents Association (TRA) on Woodvale Estate for many years. Any person living on the estate is welcome to put themselves forward to join the committee, whether they are a council tenant, a private tenant, a leaseholder or a freeholder and ideally the committee is made up of a mixture of all types of resident to make sure that all viewpoints are represented.
The TRA must adhere to a set of rules and the committee follows a Code of Conduct, which is set out in the TRA Constitution a copy of which you will find here and members are elected/re-elected every year at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) which, in our case, takes place in May this year. The committee hold meetings once a month, in general, on the first Wednesday of the month and General Meetings, where all residents may attend, occur every quarter. Residents are welcome to contact the TRA at any time with any thoughts or issues by emailing us at the following address, woodvale.estate.tra@gmail.com
